Orders requiring complete lab infrastructure, custom furniture, themed wall painting, and equipment generally require 15–30 business days for manufacturing, preparation, and dispatch.

Ready-to-Use Kits & Models

Standard DIY Kits, Arduino Kits, Sensors, Robotics Components, and Learning Materials are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Courier (Kits & Learning Materials): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Dedicated Transport (Complete Lab Setup): Delivery is scheduled directly with the institution according to project timelines and site readiness.

2. Delivery & Installation

2.1 Receiving Deliveries

• All deliveries require an authorized signature or institutional acknowledgment.
• Complete lab deliveries are generally accompanied by our installation engineers or technical representatives.
• Please inspect all cartons, equipment, and furniture upon delivery and report any visible damage before signing.

2.2 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and campus details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or restricted site access.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Institutional & Bulk Orders

Shipping, freight, installation, and logistics charges for complete lab projects, CSR initiatives, and school programs are generally included in the approved quotation, Purchase Order (PO), or commercial proposal.

3.2 Retail Orders

Shipping charges for individual STEM kits and products are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Applicable charges are displayed during checkout or on the invoice.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

5.1 Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:
